DUEs and Registration

New members:

• Must reside in a residence with granted access to Springbrook Easement
• You should contact a current easement officer directly to setup a tour and ask additional questions in relation to slip availability and fees.

Current members:

• You must keep your member registration details up to date.
• Update your membership form if there have been changes. For example, changes to household members, phone number, email or watercraft.

For members to qualify to use the community kayaks, paddleboards and lily pad they must:

• Review the "Rules for use of Easement Owned Equipment" document.

              It is attached at the bottom of this page for viewing and download.

• The form only needs to be signed ONCE during your membership.

Easement members’ annual dues should be paid by the 1st of March.

New Member

• Initiation fee (one-time, due upon first registration):  $3,500

New & existing members' annual dues are one of the following

• Basic (use of easement and community equipment, but no storage racks): $250
• Members with only non-powered watercraft stored at easement:  $350
• Members with power boat slips that are not sharing:  $750
• Members with shared power boat slips:  $375 per member

Note: Per the bylaws, the maximum number of members permitted to share a boat at Springbrook Easement is 2.

We have no ability to accept credit cards in 2026.
